Let’s Grab A Coffee and Talk About Grief

Common Types of Grief:

  • Death of a Loved One — Every loss is different.

  • Pet Loss — Just as important as the death of a loved one, our pets deserve to be remembered and grieved.

  • Estrangement — Grieving a lost relationship with a living person.

  • Pregnancy Loss — Often not talked about in conversations surrounding grief.

  • Retirement — Loss of routine, purpose, and a part of your identity.

  • Divorce — Loss of a relationship and shared plans for the future.

My goal is to make grief less uncomfortable to talk about.

My Mission

A white lily flower with green stem and leaves, casting a shadow on a beige background.

After learning firsthand how uncomfortable it is to talk about death and grieving I decided that I wanted to change the narrative. I realized that I did not want to talk about my sister dying, I wanted to talk about the person that she was.

It is a privilege to provide tools and resources to those who are navigating grief and to hold space for them to talk about their loved ones.

So… let’s grab a coffee and talk about grief (online or in-person).
